ALL THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION

1.ELECTION OF PRESIDENT FOR THE TERM 2007 - 2009

Nominations are invited from members of the association for the post of President of the Term 2007 - 2009

Nominations should be made on the prescribed form attached hero to or in a form typed out and should reach the Central Office before 5.00 PM on June 2007.Nominations received thereafter will not be considered as valid.

2.ELECTION OF 2 CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS FOR THE TERM 2007 - 2009

All co-opted members of the Central Committee retire at the next AGM.

Nominations are also invited for the Central Committee Members for Two Vacancy caused by The Retirement of Mr.Ajith Singh of ( M/s. Chugh Electronics, Delhi) And Mr.Madan Mohan of ( M/s. Telestar Radio, Delhi) retire by draw of lots and Mr.N.K.Verma of M/s.Refunk Electronics Delhi) will continue as sitting member for the term 2007 - 2009

Nominations are invited for Two Central Committee Members to fill the Two Vacancies.

Nominations for the above should reach the Central Office of the Association, 301, Sukh Sagar, N.S.Patkar Marg, Mumbai - 400007 before 5.00 PM on 8th June 2007

NOTE 

1) THAT THE MEMBER WHOSE SUBSCRIPTION ARE IN THE ARREARS AND WHO HAVE  NOT PAID THEIR SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE YEAR 2007 - 2009 ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO STAND FOR ELECTION

2) THEY ARE ALSO NOT ELIGIBLE TO PROPOSE OR SECOND ANY CANDIDATE FOR THE ELECTION OF PRESIDENT AND CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS.

3) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MEMBERS WHO HAVE NOT PAID THE ELECTION FEE OF THE LAST YEAR CAN NOT EITHER STAND FOR ELECTION NOR CAN PROPOSE OR SECOND THE MEMBERS.
