43 (B) (V) NOMINATION AND ELECTION FEES:

(A) Each contestant to the election shall pay a nomination fee of Rs.150/- DD or Cash per nomination paper which shall not be refundable unless the candidate completely withdraws from the election before the due date as provide in this article (C) (V)

(B) On Election of different position and on constitution of the committee, an election fee shall be payable as per schedule given hereunder prior to official recording of the name of the persons on the Committee.

Please note that the nominations will not be valid if the same is not accompanied by relative Nomination fees. Each contestant to the Election for President ship should pay the Nomination fees of the Rs.500/-per every nomination paper and for Central Committee Member Rs.150/-per every nomination paper. After getting elected the Election Fee  Of RS.500/-and Rs.150/-also should be respectively.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MEMBER WHOSE SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE IN THE ARREARS AND WHO HAVE NOT PAID THEIR SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE YEAR 2007 - 2009 ARE NOT ENTITLED TO  STAND FOR ELECTION. THEY ARE ALSO NOT ELIGIBLE TO PROPOSE OR SECOND ANY CANDIDATE FOR THE ELECTION OF PRESIDENT OR CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS. ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MEMBERS WHO HAVE PAID THE ELECTION NOR CAN PROPOSE OR SECOND THE MEMBERS.

Please note that all nomination papers and nomination fees should reach the Central Office and not to the sub-Office or the Zonal Office of AREA.
